What experience do I need to start coaching?

You don’t need any prior experience to start powerlifting coaching at Nemesis Performance. Our coaching is tailored to all levels and all lifestyles. We've worked with nurses, teachers, lawyers, and uni students. We can adapt a comp prep program to fit any schedule. All of our seasoned athletes started as novices with us.

How is the program personalised to my goals?

Through the initial goal setting session we develop a plan based on what numbers you want to hit and when you would like to compete. We develop your program based on how many days you want to train and how long your sessions can be.

Through the initial technique session, we identify where we can strengthen your squat, bench, and deadlift. Then we build from there.

What kind of results can I expect through coaching?

Results can always vary depending on the individual and how much work you are ready to put in.

However, on average, our lifters add 57.5kg to their total (the sum of their squat, bench, and deadlift) in the first 6 months. This is over 50+ lifters of all skill levels.

We have even taken multiple athletes from novice level to national invites within a year.

Do I have gym access?

Yes! Our Comp Ready Blueprint package includes gym access. This way you have the opportunity to train on competition standard equipment.
